任职要求：
1、男女不限，年龄22-30岁；
2、2年以上相关岗位工作经验；
3、专业知识与沟通能力及临场应变能力强。

岗位职责：
1、当部门经理不在时，可代其执行部门经理的职责
2、每天检查各区域日常工作并向部门经理汇报。
3、检查各区域主管制订的工作计划。
4、如需要可向部门经理提出建议，就有关人员及设备问题提出申请。
5、掌握住客情况和房态，抽查客房，检查VIP房间，不定期拜访长住客人，探访生病客人。处理客人投诉和意外事项。
6、检查所有公共区域的卫生，并保证干净和工作正常。
7、负责所有可租房随时保持最佳状态。
8、接受部门经理布置的额外工作，并组织部门主管进行卫生检查，做好检查记录。
9、监督检查各分部的培训。
10、监督楼面和客房中心的盘点工作；协调洗衣房做好布草的盘点工作。
11、处理楼层、公共区域及管理人员的问题，以保证工作有效的实施。
12、处理各班次留下的交班工作。
13、经理不在时，根据授权主持部门工作。
14、完成领导交办的其它工作任务。

福利：
1、工资组成部分=基本工资+岗位工资+绩效工资+全勤奖+工龄工资（原则上绩效部分占正式工资的20%-30%视业务部门与职能部门的区分而有所不同）；
2、包食宿；
3、薪资：3000+补贴。
