武汉招聘

任职要求：
1、年龄不限；
2、有电工操作证；
3、3年以上水电工作经验；
4、品行端正。

岗位职责：
1、自觉遵守公司规章制度，服从领导，严格履行职责，认真学习掌握维修专业技术，熟悉维修程序、材料、品种、性能，采取合理的维修方法，达到良好维修效果。
2、树立为客户提供完善服务意识、态度和蔼有礼貌，不得私自收取小费或好处，借故刁难客户，自觉维护公司的良好形象。
3、及时完成维修任务，力争维修项目不过夜，小修小补即时完成，节约使用维修材料、保养维修工具和器材，降低维修成本、杜绝浪费现象，自觉抵制不正之风行为。
4、工作积极主动，做好定期巡视工作，认真检查各配电室、消防、水泵等公共设施运行使用情况，发现问题及时处理，杜绝事故于未然。负责辖区内公共照明定时开启和关闭（有时应根据季节、气候做相应的调整）。
5、严肃、认真、详细填写工作记录和保管好维修材料、维修工具器材，履行交接手续。
6、及时完成管理处主任（助理）交办的其它任务。

薪酬&福利：
1、工资组成部分=基本工资+岗位工资+绩效工资+全勤奖+工龄工资（原则上绩效部分占正式工资的20%-30%视业务部门与职能部门的区分而有所不同）
2、包食宿
