职位描述：

He is used to build/identify best practices for Injection molding including Injection Machines, Molds for each processes including overmoulding, Bi-Material, Peripherials. He understand Mid-Term plan to propose investment VS capacity needs and improvement needs. He is able to handle Investment Request. He build and update equipments and molds Specifications according to existing standards and Best practices. He is involved in Supplier selection and place Purchase Order. He follows suppliers implementations and ensure that they respect safety requirements as well as legal standards.

As Control Process responsible, the incumbent is incharge of Process FMEA and Parameter defintion and follow-up from 1st plant trial to Serial life update with process modification and /or non-conformity detection through PPM Analysis, 1^st OK parts and Daily Process Parameter Audit.

He/She support quality team members within the design of gauge and measurement bench dedicated to Injected Components

He/She is taking part of MMC for injected parts produced on plant for technical definition, trial, analysis and validation. He specifically check that safety stock implemented allow to cover production needs during this modification.

He is motor contributor in Productivity action through Idea submission, workshops and follow up for implementation. He is leading SMED workshops as well as HOSHIN Cycle Time.

Adopt QRQC Methodologies to solve non conformities and findings for Safety, Quality, Efficiency or Delivery purposes

His knowledge and attitude allow him/her to be considered as a reference within AML regarding Injection

1. Engineering Degree in Plastics and injection molding with experiences in Automotive production.
2. Capabilities to work on Micro-plastic components precision parts.
3. Confirmed knowledge in Mechanic, Statistics, SPC tools and Material
4. Previous Experience in Injection workshop Implementation is a plus
