Job Objective工作目标:

- Reach Key Performance Indication of each working center 达到各个工作中心的绩效指标

- Solve and continues improvement process 解决和持续改进流程

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

- Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line.分析和解决生产线技术问题

- Training the new technician and the operator.培训新技术员及操作工

- Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target监督生产线以确保达到生产指标

- Establish and maintain production planning and control建立和维持生产计划与控制

- Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools配合维修和保养机器、设备与工具

- Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed确保遵循质量控制程序与标准

- Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time不断改进和提高生产性能、减少生产周期

Job Requirements工作要求

- Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.

- Fluent English.

- Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.

- Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.

- Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.

- Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process;

- Good capability of relationship;

- Motivated and team spirit;
