职位描述：
? Base-station transceiver and PA design, integration and verification
? Build and lead a team of RF design engineers responsible for transceiver and PA development
? Generate analog block and level diagrams and derive receiver and transmitter performance
? Perform design simulations, design analysis, and worst-case analysis
? Generate schematics and PCB layouts utilizing both FR-4 and mixed dielectric PCBs
? Provide technical support and resolve design issues
? Produce low cost designs and introduce cost reductions that meet cost targets
? Generate, review and release General Specifications and Test Reports
任职要求：
? Experienced with S-parameters. impedance matching
? Understanding of digital communication theory with emphasis on Bit Error Rate, EVM and System Noise Figure calculation
? Experience with the receiver sensitivity analysis
? Experience using Agilent ADS, Ansoft and Matlab simulation tools
? Experience with Cadence Concept and Allegro tools is an asset
? Experience with RF test equipment and methodologies such as Network Analyzer, signal analyzer and spectrum analyzer
? Experience with Labview ATE
? Proven technical and interpersonal skills in a multi-function and dynamic team environment.
? Strong written and verbal communications skills
? Test experience to include requirement verification in a lab environment as well as product validation in a field environment a strong plus.
? Team player with internal customers and supply partners
? Excellent Interpersonal skills

Skills

? Understanding of link budgets and RF system noise analysis
? Knowledge of test methods and techniques in relation to Cellular and /or Microwave Radio test engineering
? Understanding the difference between test cases for manufacturing vs. DVT
? Strong knowledge/understanding of Radio technologies and modulation such as LTE, CMDA, WiFi, QPSK, FDM, TDM etc.
? Familiarity with Radio test measurements and development of tests using these measurements: IP2, IP3, ACPR, EVM, Single tone and two tone desense, Gain flatness etc…
? Strong RCA and troubleshooting skills
? Strong data analytical skills (including SPC, CpK)
? Strong desire of accountability and ownership
? Ability to develop project schedules, budgets and track projects to completion
? Fluent in use of standard MS tools
? Strong Plus: Automation skills, and familiarity with LabVIEW, C++, C#, Python, Matlab
? Works well within a team environment – a true team player!
