职位描述：
Title: Chemical Technical Operator - Qianjiang, Hubei Province

Role and Responsibilities:
? Run chemical processes involving general chemical reactions and conditions at small scale to medium scale.
? Conduct Process Development as part of the Operations Team.
? Conduct analytical and spectroscopic measurements on manufactured products.
? Help conduct performance testing and customer programmes.
? Prepare Products for despatch.
? Manage laboratory and chemical storerooms.

Requirements and Capabilities:
? BSc in Chemistry or a qualification in chemical engineering.
? Good written and spoken English (for example TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English; Advanced and Cambridge Proficiency).
? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology as well as technical skills.
? Attention to detail, accurate record keeping, uses own initiative with a continual desire to learn and understand every aspect of the technical and operations activities.
? Problem solving – technical and operation.
? Safety conscious in all aspects of the job.
? Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities.

? 解决技术和操作上的问题。
