1. Product design and development.

2. Setup 3D Modeling and 2D drawing.

3. Manage the design change for development projects and meet customer requirements.

4. Customer interface.
与客户保持有效沟通。
5. DFMEA / Tolerance stack
DFMEA和公差累积。
6. Problem solving.
相关问题的解决。
7. Support Design Review.
设计评审。
8. Setup, maintain, and follow up department planning.
建立，维护并跟踪部门计划。
9. Setup & follow project development planning.
建立并执行项目的开发计划。
10. Sales support/Layout.
销售支持。
11. Undertake other task required by management.
管理层要求的其他工作。

Qualifications:
资格要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
本科以上学历，汽车或机械专业。
2. More than 8 years working experience with CATIA, familiar with digital mock-up is better
8年以上工作经验，熟练使用CATIA。
3. Vehicle moving parts or glass & headliner design experience (Prefer)
拥有机构件或玻璃&遮阳板设计经验优先考虑。
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills in Catia 3D modeling
擅长使用CATIA3D模型分析解决问题。
5. Good plan and schedule management skills
很好的计划、管理能力。
6. Exceptional team-building and communication skill
优秀的团队建设能力和交流能力。
7. More than three years experience of project management
3年以上项目管理经验。
