- Typing faxes, letters, meeting minutes etc. only on the basis of provided keywords
在提供关键词基础上,帮助总经理准备传真件、信函和会议记录等；
- Arranging flight schedules, hotels, etc. for the business trips
为人员的商务差旅安排飞机航班及酒店等；
- Implementing reasonable filing system for entire correspondence of GM
对有关信件进行合理归档；

- Budget Controlling of GM cost center
总经理成本中心的预算控制；
- Preparation of presentation for GM(PPT document)
为总经理准备各种文件（幻灯片）；
- Taking and receiving calls on behalf of the GM during his absence.
在总经理外出期间, 代为接听电话；
- Organize address data in acc. with Name Cards received
根据收到的名片,更新地址、数据库等。
- Carry out specific project related works independently and timely such as:
能及时并独立地完成特定项目相关的工作，如：
- Accomplish other related work assignments given by the GM
完成上级交办的其他相关工作；
- Other matters that may be related to the job.
其它可能涉及的工作等。
