PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Profitability & Support Services

Continually look for procedural enhancements that will improve throughput, efficiency and productivity in whole sales operations
Make proactive recommendations to be taken to improve product flow and shorten production lead time
Responsible for oversight of MRP takes and inventory control to minimize losses through effective management of the team

Planning and Project Management

Ensure Company planning subject to sales analysis and budget forecasted, execute approved recommendations and related outcomes
Effectively communicate company overall objectives, actively contribute through their support roles for delivery. Work closely with customer worldwide to launch projects timely and efficiently
Ensure key events and promotional activities are planned, liaising with relevant departments, assessing needs and sourcing

Team & Service Management

Ensure direct reports have clear goals and objectives which remain focused on supporting business
Create and promote a positive work and industrial relations environment in line with customer values
Lead, coach and train your direct reports to ensure your support team is consistently improving in productivity and effectiveness in their roles

External Networking

Build up a close relationship with local partners and governmental parties
Actively and efficiently resolve any issues at all times

General

Complete internal reports and participate in various projects as/when required
Manage team compliance with all company policies and procedures, Customs regulations and relevant trading laws
Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent recommended
5+ years management experience required. Regional project manager leadership experience with production and quality control accountability highly desired. PR management and negotiations experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) and email required.
Strong multidimensional leadership ability. Able to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment with astuteness and sensitivity
Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels
Function as a resourceful and proactive team member
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, good problem solving skills
Able to make sound decisions with relevant facts at hand. Does not shy away from conflict
