Responsibilities:
Mission:
§ To Lead and develop methods & maintenance team member (people's Management, coaching, reporting,)
§ To design, implementation and updating of overall plant layout
§ To manage capacity of process and facility
§ To lead team to ensure smooth production by constantly monitoring and improving processes and equipments
§ To analyze and propose Cost-Reduction actions on manual assembly and equipment based on operations
§ To setup, follow-up and share manufacturing related Key Performance Indicators
§ To lead Product Realization Process, cooperate relevant dept. to improve processes continuously
§ To design department document system, make sure it updated in time
§ To Act as Project Leader on behalf of the company whenever necessary
§ To manage utility to support plant operation and energy efficiency management
Special project assigned:
§ Support Quality requests highlighted through the Customer Feedback Process
§ Involved in the Material Supply Processes
§ Strong contribution to all other Company Processes' targets achievement
Tasks:
§ Increase the staff management level and improve skill level of maintenance people
Improve team competency through recruiting, coaching, empowerment, and initiatives...
Plan, implement and monitor training of staff and DVC-NPV to improve level of management and skill
§ Plan and monitor manufacturing processes to contribute plant KPIs
§ Support industrial projects on schedule for campy growth:
Industrial transfer projects
Capacity projects
Localization of parts
QVE projects
Others...
§ Improve manufacturing and flow processes with SPS to contribute productivity Plan, design and control plant layout, including offices
Plan, design and implement production processes
Control & monitor production capacity
Keep capability of equipment and facility through implementation of TPM
§ Develop ongoing improvement of Production processes
5S
6 sigma
Facility projects to meet plant needs
Deployment of TPM & SIM support function
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years experience in MM manager position
2. At least 3 years experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance manager position
3. To be familiar with Lean manufacturing ( TPS/SPS)
4. To be familiar with 6 sigma
5. English 3 CET6 and Fluent English in oral
6. To use skillfully the Auto-CAD
