岗位职责：

1.Check Sales and margin
核查销售和毛利情况
2.Out of stock follow up,Follow up on out of stock items, communicate with auto replenishment team and vendor on out of stock problem.
缺货商品的跟踪,跟踪已缺货的商品,及时与自动补货部门及供应商沟通，解决缺货问题。
3.New items,New item sourcing in the market, negotiation with vendor and presentation to merchandise head for approval
新商品,在市场上寻找新商品，与供应商谈判，向采购负责人演示并获得批准。
4.Market Survey on main competitor,check pricing on items:
a.Tab items
b.department top 50 items
c.company top 500 items
d.top 80% sales items by department.
主要竞争对手的市场调查,检查以下商品价格:
a.海报商品,
b.每个部门的销售前50位商品,
c.公司的前500位商品,
d.部门销售的前80%的商品
广告商品准备,election meeting and get approval from merchandise head
选择TAB 广告商品，在广告商品选择会上介绍商品并获得商品部负责人的批准。
