职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、组织、协调、指挥车间各项工作，完成车间工作计划、车间各项工作指标；
2、生产任务单异常项目以及发货异常的关联项目处理；
3、负责车间生产、质量、安全及设备的管理，建立健全各项统计台帐；
4、现场巡检及6S管理，提出改进工艺流程、生产设备、生产环境等方面的建议；
5、贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标，加强对车间物料使用的控制；
4、合理处理解决不合格产品，对后续产品质量的矫正预防以及对相应生产程序的管控；
5、车间人员管理、开展车间员工教育工作及制度宣导 。

任职要求:
1、年龄： 30-45岁，大专以上学历，机械类专业优先；
2、8年以上的钣金生产制造车间工作经验，其中3年以上车间管理经验，有大型生产车间管理经验，有较强的现场管理能力，熟悉钣金产品的加工工艺如冲压，折弯，点焊，电焊等；
3、按生产计划组织生产，跟踪生产过程，解决生产过程中出现的问题；
4、熟悉精益生产相关知识，可独立编制生产流程及相关制度文件，熟悉ISO9000体系文件，熟悉ISO9000质量标准与本工作相关的条款，能应对内外部审核；
5、熟悉现场设备、物料、产品及人员的安全管理，做好6S管理，能独立编制生产日报和成本控制报表；
6、具有较好的人际沟通协调能力，对日常工作具有较好的计划能力，有培养下属的能力。
