职位描述：
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:?
-Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment used in pumping or vacuum applications. Certificate in Technical Education or equivalent knowledge through experience is required. Must be PC literate and be able to use windows driven software’s.
-Able to lead, motivate and supervise a team of staff to achieve targets possess good basic organisational, leadership skills and communication skills. Able to speak and write good English is highly desirable. Able to service electro-mechanical equipment and generate reports. An understanding of engineering drawings and circuit diagrams is required.
-Minimum 5 years experience in servicing electro/mechanical systems, single and three phase motors, solenoids and contactors. Experience in semiconductor industry is advantageous.
 
Principle Accountabilities:
-Work closely with the Cell Leader or operations management to formulate capacity allocation, production schedules and materials requirement.
-Ensure achievement of output targets in respect of quality, volume and efficiency.
-To act as a point of reference for members of the appropriate team in terms of quality and technical matters.
-Ensure effective sickness and holiday cover through the allocation of overtime with the agreement of the Cell Leader or operations management.
-Monitor test rejects and ensure quick turnaround through effective liaison with quality, stores etc.
-Maintain line side stock levels, liase with the warehouse personnel.
-Participate and lead continued improvement activities in order to improve efficiency and quality as directed by the Cell Leader or operations management.
-Supervise specific areas of the workshop and act as backup in the absence of the Cell Leader or operations management.
-Monitor and control the training of employees to ensure objectives are met.
-Conduct team-briefing sessions with employees to improve the flow of information within the workshop in the absence of the Cell Leader or operations management.
-Ensure that the appropriate standards of behaviour and performance are maintained within the team.
-Ensure that the company’s health and Safety policy is implemented and adhered to with the aim being to maintain a safe working environment.
-Ensure that completed H & S forms are available with each unit arrived into workshop for service and make sure the forms are available to workshop team prior to commencing work, if this is not the case the team leader must contact the customer care to get the completed forms from customer, whilst quarantining the product.
-Ensure that EPAS system and the workshop daily performance are recorded as directed by the Cell Leader or operations management.
-Ensure that the workshop is clean, safe and managed daily to maintain safety.
-Assist in the supervision of workshop projects and facility maintenance activities.
-Occasional repair vacuum pumps to company’s quality standards and site production demand schedule as assigned by workshop management.
-Liase with the Cell leader or operations management and other departments to ensure the above duties are achieved. 举报 分享
