Main Responsibilities:

1. To develop, improve, maintain and administrate the official website and the sub-sites throughout Asian countries.

2. Co-operate with the Axapta team to develop the integration of my3form (an online order entry application) with Axapta ERP.

3. Study ICE configurator about its compatibility with the Axapta ERP.

4. Develop order entry and processing system for 3form.

5. Support the Asia team in resolving all IT related issues.

6. Communicate and coordinate effectively with USA and Europe, and other continents.

7. Communicate effectively with the IT teams in Asian countries in regards to website contents and new features.

8. Provide training and support to Asian users and resolve my3form applications and ICE configurator.

9. Create and enhance 3form applications related documentations.

10. Work closely with Customer Service Team, Purchasing, Production, Fabrication, Sampling, Logistics, QC, Marketing, Product Development, Architectural/Structural, and Hardware.

11. Report to the General Manager, 3form Division, Asian Operations, and also indirectly to the two regional IT/Web managers based in Malaysia.

Qualification Requirements:

University graduate with major in Information Technology or equivalent.

2+ years of solid experience in web programming using PHP, website development and business environment.

Experience in other web programming language, Java, XML and BizTalk will be advantageous.

Understanding and willing to understand customer needs

Excellent communication skills.

Able to work independently

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Expertise in using design tools and M/S Office literate.

Knowledge on order processing is an advantage
