职位描述：
As a transition management lead, you'll be responsible for the successful transition and business adoption of various projects. You'll drive the successful transition by effectively preparing the company's leaders, managers, employees, and partners for the change through deliberate and thoughtful engagement throughout the course of the project. You'll develop and execute an integrated and detailed transition, communication, training, organization and business readiness strategy that ensures impacted stakeholders are prepared for the changes to processes, policies and systems. You'll keep people (both business and project) focused and energized by the project effort. You'll also work with Project Management, Business and Functional teams to align and coordinate efforts to drive change globally.

Skills
As our Transition Manager, you'll bring the following:
1、At least 2 years' broad business experience, preferably in the implementation of global business change initiatives.
2、Understanding of Transition/Change Management concepts, models and best practices.
3、Previous experience in significant, large scale, global process and system implementations preferred.
4、Ability to collaborate and lead virtual teams is essential.
5、Global perspective and international experience preferred.
6、Ability to work effectively across a wide, global range of company's management and teams.
7、Excellent verbal and written English & Chinese communications skills, including highly refined public speaking skills to enable managing challenging public situations effectively.
8、High level of proficiency in using desktop tools for communication and analysis, including MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
9、Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
10、Experience in large group facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
11、High level of proficiency in using desktop tools for communication and analysis, including MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Education
To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:
1、Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development with a focus on Organizational Behavior/Learning, Transition Management, Communications and/or Operations or related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred, however, an additional two years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree 举报 分享
