职位描述
岗位要求
1. 按时完成公司所下达的生产任务，并保证产品质量。
2. 能解决产品生产过程中所遇到的问题； 组织并管理所属部门的生产工作人员。
3. 按时、按质、按量完成部门安排的生产任务。
4. 按要求管理所属岗位的生产设备、器具及生产物料。
5. 严格按照ISO13485及质量体系管理要求填写工作岗位相关的各项记录。
职位描述
1. 生物、化学、免疫学、分子生物学、医学检验、自动化控制、医疗器械等相关专业大专以上学历，本科尤佳。
2. 思路清晰敏捷、动手能力强、具有较强的学习能力，经过岗位培训后能独立处理及解决实验中遇到的问题。
3. 耐心细致、塌实肯干、责任心强、服从公司管理，遵守公司规章制度和部门管理制度。
4. 熟悉ISO13485，熟悉体外诊断产品体系认证。
5. 要求至少3年以上的体外诊断试剂产品的生产工作经验，熟悉工艺、设备。有胶体金类、Elisa试剂产品生产经验者优先考虑；
6、熟悉GMP以及洁净厂房管理。
