Responsibility:

1. Manage Shenzhen area FAE
2. Manage all customer projects
3. Work with sales to drive design-in/design-win activities
4. Coordinate with different teams to provide the technical support

Requirement:

1. EE Major
2. Prior FAE management experience
3. Good excellent oral and writing communication skills
4. Knowledge on how to structure and scale the customer technical support
5. A self-starter to improve the quality and efficiency of support

Plus:

1. Prior FAE experience in MCU
2. Excellent English communication
