职位描述：
Job Description/Responsibility
Assist the Sales Department in all daily sales and marketing activities
协助销售部门中的所有日常销售及市场推广活动
2. Input sales order and place corresponding purchase order to factory
输入销售订单及相应地给工厂下采购订单
3. Follow ups SO and PO to ensure delivery, payment, etc. been fulfilled
跟进订单以确保交货及付款等合同事项的完成
4. Manage custom clearance brokers to process import/export in time. Deal with problems occurred during custom clearance. Ensure on time delivery of shipments from abroad
进出口管理。处理清关期间发生的问题。确保国外发货准时交货
5. Prepare business correspondence, quotation and contract drafts，Manage Document Filing System and Keep In View File
准备商业信函，报价单和起草合同，及文件归档
6. Communicate and cooperate with external customer, partner, government authorities as well as internal departments, factories, brother companies
负责和外部的客户、合作伙伴、政府相关部门以及内部的各部门、工厂、兄弟公司等进行协调与沟通
7. Finish other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
 完成主管交办的其他任务。

Job Requirement
- With over 3 years working experience in sales admin related position;
3年以上销售助理的相关工作经验；
- Excellent inter-person communication skill
良好的人际沟通技巧
- Pleasant personality, team-play spirit, patient, detail-oriented, follow-up
个性随和，具有团队合作精神，耐心，注重细节, 注重跟进
- Good English, writing & reading is a must, fluent oral will be an advantage;
较好的英语沟通能力，具有较强的听说读写能力；
- Be able to work under high pressure either from external or internal
能承受工作中来自外部或内部的压力
- Computer Skill, familiar with Windows, Office; Kingdee ERP system is preferred
电脑运用熟练，熟悉Windows及Office，最好有金蝶ERP的经验；
- College with diploma is a minimum request for education;
