职位描述：
Job Summary:
Take the leadership on Trane light commercial related products&technology roadmap development, and NPD/NTI project execution, product lifecycle management as well as customer satisfaction through effective RTS and COD to factory and other peer group in AP region.


Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute product development strategy and MGPP for light commerical product line with functional team.

2. Drive QDC of Planned NPD program to meet growth goal.

3. Ehanace the competency and capability of light commerical team and coach team for growth.

4. Drive productivity number and pipeline managment to meet the annual goal through VAVE, innovation and NPD.

5. Track the new technology in the market and drive NTIs program for coming NPD program.

6. Provide engineering support to manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing and PM teams to achieve unitary business goal.

7. Build a diverse, inclusive and winning unitary engineering team in AP. And identify the leverage opprotunities within the team.

8. Other assignments from the manager


Qualifications:


1. Broad knowledge products is must.

2. Program management experience is plus.

3. Fluent both in English and Chinese.

4. Work independently with very little supervision.

5. Strong interpersonal skills and work as change agent.

6. A sense of urgency and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks.

7. Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals.
