Main Responsibility:
1. Build up and continuous improve ISO/TS16949 quality management system and,ensure compliance with international and local standards, customer requirements and group quality policy
2. Set up and maintain document control system
3. Plan and conduct internal and external system audit, cooperate with customer audits, drive and track the corrective/preventive actions to ensure on time action plan closure
4. Preparation for management review and follow up the related actions
5. Provide quality-related training courses to staffs and improve the concepts of quality in company wide
6. Organize daily gemba audit and follow up the corrective/preventive actions
7. Manage gage calibration systems
8. Be EHS coordinator of quality department and support related activities
9. Support CNQ analysis
Qualification:
1. Minimum 3 years experience of quality system management in automotive industry
2. Self-motivated and cooperative, good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
4. Certified ISO/TS16949 internal auditor is mandatory
5. Certified ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 Internal Auditor is preferred
