职位描述：
Title: Market - Product Support - Qianjiang, Hubei Province

Role and Responsibilities
? Analyse all company products and generate reports for product approval.
? Set up and maintain the Product and Sample Database.
? Maintain and run the analytical services to support the companies technology.
? Design, develop and undertake analytical methods and set product specifications – with the Technical Team.
? Conduct product performance testing for existing and new applications.
? Provide support to the manufacturing and market technology teams.
? Play a key role in Product Despatch.

Skills and Qualifications:
? PhD in Chemistry or alternatively an MSc with several years of industrial experience.
? Good analytical and organisational skills.
? Good written and spoken English (for example TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English; Advanced, and Cambridge Proficiency.) as well as report writing.
? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology.
? Project Management and Leadership ability.
? Attention to detail, uses own initiative with a continual desire to know and understand every aspect of the technical and manufacturing operations.
? Demonstrated ability to quickly prioritize and operate in a flexible, fluid environment.

? 英语说写流利（如通过托福、雅思、剑桥英语或高级剑桥培训），可以使用英语撰写报告。
? 有能力快速学习新技术。
? 有项目管理和领导能力。
? 工作中关注细节，有主观能动性，渴求理解技术和生产经营的各个方面。
