职位描述：

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the production processes of the supplier, Work out improvement activities together with the suppliers , optimize process to achieve better quality and lower cost. Attend the supplier strategy setup and implementation with PUR CM for assigned commodity.
2. Evaluate potential supplier by supplier release audit for the process technical section, fillful development activities until supplier close gaps and meet Webasto Requirements.
3. Participate technical review , identify risks and define actions. Give comments of supplier normination to ASQE. Provide technical support to ASQE during APQP.
4. Monitor supplier performance monthly and yearly, organize proper improvement actions ,sign quality target agreement with supplier. Handle supplier quality problem solving when escalation level 2 from plant SQE. Manage WRC Escalated supplier improvement activities, until achieve target.
5. Give technical support for the purchasing, ASQE, SQE, R&D when needed.
6. Organize and Provide training to suppliers(Quality tool, Webasto requirements).
7. Perform temporary tasks by supervisor instruction.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in engineering or tooling.
2. At least 5 years working experience, familiar with plastic mold.
3. Thorough understanding of TS16949 and requirements including APQP, PFMEA, MSA and PPAP REQUIRED.
4. Knowledge of SPC required.
5. Develop supplier by Lean Production tools is plus.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
7. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
9. Building Effective teams and good team player.
10. Conflict Management.
11. Action oriented and drive for results.
