职位描述：
The Industrial Controller interfaces with the manufacturing interlocutors and ensures the implementation and use of financial tools and processes. The main missions of the role are to:
？ Implement tools and processes for financial follow-up and analysis, and train production team accordingly
？ Develop inventory practices and ensure their analysis
？ Follow-up with non-quality costs and ensure information accuracy
？ Ensure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting
？ Participate in the identification and implementation of a productivity action plan
？ Validate the economic justification of investments, insure their follow-up and optimize the cash aspects
？ Contribute to financial reporting in close collaboration with the accounting team
？ Contribute to Mid Term Plan, budget and forecasts setting-up, and actively participating in the analysis of variances

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？ Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree
？ 3 to 10 years of professional experience
？ Good accounting knowledge and plant controlling experience
？ Strong teamwork sense
？ Strong communication skills
