职位描述：
Highlight the main responsibilities :

Timely manage the external overseas suppliers payment (communicates to Shared Services Center and Bank)
Timely invoicing all customers on a monthly basis, follow-up and analyse AR overdue
Communicates and documents all month end booking entries (accrual / cut off) to SSC
Communicates and documents stock in transit booking entries to SSC
Follows and documents provisions for risks and liabilities linked to its dedicated site
Manages fixed assets follow up (assets in progress, start of depreciation, physical inventory, write off, assets inspection)
Solve pending booking entries (unmatched manual or EDI invoices with P.O/Delivery note )
Archiving of invoices/supporting documentation linked to the site
Communicates to Shared service progress on supplier/customer litigations
Alert and communicates to shared service all logistic and quality incidents
Interface to Cash Country Manager to obtain local approval for all pending orders to pay
Validate, Interface to Shared Services Center for travel expenses of its dedicated site
Standard costing (hourly rate calculation) maintain in SAP system
Inventory physical counting and cycle counting, completes the requested supporting documentation


Your requirements:

- Bachlor Degree or above,business administration or engineering background
- Good communication skill both in Mandarin and English ;
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software.
- Good market knowledge, entrepreneurial and analytical working and ability to cooperate with an international team 举报 分享
