1、负责所在区域的自动化产品销售，制定销售方案与销售计划，达成各项销售任务目标
2、开拓新市场，发展新客户，维护老客户；
3、熟悉本公司产品及竞争对手可替代产品，能够独立完成产品的推广和宣传， 制定客制化项目的可行性方案；
4、及时完成公司下达的各项工作及临时任务。
5、 组织销售团队，招募、培训、激励、考核下属员工.
岗位要求：
1）自动化或计算机相关专业本科以上学历；
2）具备3年以上自动化领域工作经验，2年以上销售管理经验；
3）具有系统集成项目的谈判、组织管理与项目实施经验者优先
4）熟练使用组态软件、具有自动化技术服务经验者优先；
5）良好的Presentation技巧及沟通能力,具有敏锐的分析能力和市场洞察力；
6）性格开朗,做事有条理，具有团队合作精神,能够承受工作压力, 愿意出差。
