职位描述：
工作职责：
■ 负责注塑零件客户投诉的及时处理、跟踪、验证；
■ 负责召集各部门相关人员针对问题进行分析、讨论、改善；
■ 及时编写8D报告给客户；
■ 编制客诉清单及月度客户投诉月报；
■ 快速响应客户的需求，提高客户满意度；
■ 处理好企业内部与客户的关系；
■ 负责实验室的管理；
■ 按时完成上级交待的其它任务。

职位要求：
> 大专以上文凭；
> 2年以上注塑行业经验及一年以上处理客户投诉的经验；
>熟练使用质量工具，如8D，5WHY，鱼骨图等：
> 熟悉ISO9001及TS16949的要求，良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
> 熟练运用英语沟通交流。
