Maxim's Customer Operations team is a globally-aligned enterprise, dedicated to delivering continually improving value-added services to our customers that, in turn, drive revenue for company.

The Customer Operations Associate is a challenging and dynamic role, and filled with opportunities for growth. You will be working with field sales and local customer operations teams to establish, maintain and improve the business relationship between the customers and Maxim Corporate.
This position has high visibility within all departments at Maxim and requires working closely with the various Business Units, Sales and Supply Chain to increase revenue at the customer. The Customer Operations Associate is required to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the factory and at the same time represent Maxim in all business transactions. The Customer Operations Associate gathers and disseminates information from the customer to all parties within Maxim and works closely with the field sales team to satisfy customer requests.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing daily backlog: purchasing orders, changing orders, coordinating shipment and managing reservations;
2. Developing strategies on how to support customers and expedite lines down situations within Manufacturing and Business Management;
3. Visiting customers and building relationship, and/or coordinating customer visits;
4. Processing and qualifying Maxim procedures and policies;
5. Disseminating information: analyzing forecasts, tracking project status, monitoring design opportunities, understanding and implementing customer goals and objectives, following market trends, and controlling the customer's perception of Maxim within the factory;
6. Working with legal to respond to customer contracts, programs, and terms & conditions;
7. Providing internal/external reports;
8. Leading all quality assurance requests: RMA processing, product change notification, device qualification requests, customer special requests and facility audit requests;
9. Other projects as assigned.

Requirements:
1. All candidates must have a BS/BA degree;
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin;
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis;
4. Detail and goal oriented;
5. Strong computer skills;
6. Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude;
7. Proactive and solution oriented thinking;
8. Ability to see situations from a Macro point of view.
