1. Order fulfillment
- Quick response to customer orders and inquires
- Accurate order allocation and entry into SAP system
- Order confirmation and coordination with sales team and customers
2. Order delivery coordination
- Order releasing tracking to ensure on-time delivery
- Goods outbound confirmation with logistic to ensure monthly closing
- Communicating relative departments to ensure sales order accomplish;
3. Sales administration
- Customer data management
- Order related documentation filling and recording
- Other administration work to support sales team
4. Support to receive customer's A/R
5. Filing customer contracts and relative documents;
6. Receiving customer complaints and tracking the results
7. Procedure standardization for dispenser / asset application
