职位描述：
A field service technician combines technical knowledge with sales skills.
现场服务代表需同时具备技术知识和销售技能。

Track and check sales orders of related accounts;
跟踪和核对相关客户的订单执行情况；

Arrange the delivery on time and on quantity as required by sales orders;
按订单的要求按时按量的进行交付；

Track the application and record related technical parameters and data at customer site;
跟踪产品应用，记录施工现场的相关技术参数和有关数据；

Provide customers with technical support for trouble shooting;
为现场故障排除提供技术支持；

Manage customer complaints and report information related customer activities;
处理客户抱怨，报告与客户活动相关的信息；

Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers;
建立和发展与客户的长期关系；

Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
联络销售团队人员和技术专家；

Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
