Summary:
概要：
The Chemical Engineer role has two parts each with its own set of tasks and targets. The first relates to the design and set up of the Plant and Laboratory. The second to the manufacture of products, development of operating systems and processes for the application of Functionalised Silica Materials, and implementation of suitable systems and processes to ensure safe and effective operation and management of the Plant and Laboratory.

Targets and Tasks for the Initial Role:

? Help design the Plant and Laboratory within an existing building to meet the Joint Venture’s operating requirements.
协助设计工厂和实验室（在现有建筑物内），满足合资公司的运营要求
? Help design, within a short timeframe, the Plant and Laboratory (First Phase) to meet necessary safety and environmental requirements.
在短时间内，协助设计（一期）工厂和实验室，满足所需的安全和环保要求
? Obtain the necessary licences to comply with rules and regulations for operating all aspects of the Joint Venture’s Qianjiang Centre.
取得合资公司潜江中心运营所需的各证书，符合法律法规要求
? Find suitable contractors for setting up the Plant and Laboratory.
找到合适的承包商，以设立工厂和实验室
? Manage/oversee the set up of the Plant and Laboratory to ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
管理/监督工厂和实验室的设立，以确保遵循安全和环保要求
? Set up appropriate facilities for chemical, solvent and waste storage and disposal as well as product storage.

? Set up and implement management systems to meet safety and environmental requirements for chemical, solvent and waste storage and disposal.

Requirements
要求：
? Chemical Engineering qualifications with more than five years experience working in a chemical plant.
化学工程资格证书，并具备五年以上在化工厂工作的经验
? Experience in applying for and obtaining licences to operate a chemical plant and laboratory.
具备申请并取得化工厂和实验室操作所需许可证书的经验
? Knowledge and experience of laboratory and plant safety as well as setting up and implementing safety management systems.
具备实验室和厂区安全方面以及设立和实施安全管理系统的知识和经验
? Experience and knowledge in reactor design and operation.
具备反应釜设计和操作的知识和经验
? Some knowledge and experience of handling (use, storage and disposal) chemicals.
具备操作化学品的一些知识和经验，包括化学品的使用、存放和废物处理
? Good working knowledge in written and spoken English.

Requirements:

? Chemical Engineer from graduate to experienced.
硕士或经验丰富
? Hands-on (practical) experience working in a chemical plant.
具备在化工厂工作的实践（实际）经验
? Hands-on (practical) approach to Projects e.g. work in the Plant, design operating systems, and support implementation of operating systems at Customer sites.
具备开展项目的实践（实际）经验，如厂房工作、设计操作系统以及支持操作系统在客户方的实施等
? Knowledge and experience of laboratory and plant safety as well as setting up and implementing safety management systems.
具备实验室和工厂安全以及建立和实施安全管理系统的知识和经验
