Major Accountabilities:
- Conduct the business of all responsible areas and develop district objective and direction
- Establish productive team with great performance and morale
- Achieve sales target successfully on the condition of complying with the company’s policy
- Participate in staff recruitment and responsible for people development as well as perfor-mance management and coaching
- Build up and maintain smooth communication
- Leadership, team work and positiveness
- Good communication, planning and organizing skills
Key Performance Indicators / Measures of success:
Expenses approval: refer to the finance policy
Staff recruitment: DSM usually initiates the recruitment of MR
Business travel: DSM has the right to approve MRs’ business travels within the district
Performance evaluation: DSM has the right to evaluate MRs’ performance
Incentives & rewards: DSM has the right to recommend the MR candidates
The other refer to Annual performance target setting
Education : Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
Languages: Fluent Mandarin and local dialect
Experience:
3+ years sales experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 1+ years in sales management position
Good leadership skills to direct a team of Medical Representatives
Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Refer to sales performance in recent two years, and MAT should be over 100% during the past 4 quarters
Internal management experience preferred, Mini OTR or SS preferred, good team work, written approval from District Manager & Regional Manager

Knowledge Expertise, utilizing Sandoz product knowledge and therapeutic area expertise to become a key resource to the customer

Energises the Team, recognizes others’/team’s achievements
