1.帮助业务人员安排货物的订舱，确保货物顺利运输。
2.和公司操作部门紧密配合，协调和合作单位沟通，确保货物顺利运输。
3.根据业务员和客户的需求妥善安排运输，帮助业务员跟踪货物动态。
4.帮助业务处理邮件,接听及处理业务电话，帮助业务处理客户放单，送单、给客人报价等工作。
5.帮助业务解答及解决客户的问题。
