Main Responsibility:

• Functional Manager of the Project Team Members in accordance with matrix organization described in CIP (Constant Innovation Policy - Project Development Chart), you are responsible for P1 Projects (new development linked to new vehicle application projects) and/or P0 Projects (standard products to be applied on new vehicle projects) from Customer Request for Quotation to the fulfilment of project objectives ( at least Start of Production + 6 months)

项目经理是他的项目团队的职能经理，需要带领团队按照AML公司项目开发流程开发P1（新应用，新零件，新客户或者新规范）和P0（已经量产产品推荐给客户）项目，并一直监控到量产后6个月。

· Represent projects at Project Management Committee (PMC) and you represent AML-Systems in front of the Customer. You are also responsible for customer deliverables.

定期向管理层汇报项目情况（PMC会议）；客户需求的主要应对窗口。

· In charge of Customer’s satisfaction in terms of Quality, Cost & Deadlines (QCD).

监控客户满意，包括客户质量，成本和交货

· Manage projects through schedule within supplier integration, identify related risks and manage corrective actions implementation.

结合供应商零件的开发计划，制定和监控项目开发计划；识别项目风险并制定相关的改善措施。

· Be responsible for product / process quality and for product gross margin, investments
and developments costs.

负责内部产品的质量，成本；监控项目利润和开发成本。

· Apply CIP and Project Management handbooks,as well as associated tools.

按照AML CIP和项目管理手册开发项目，并应用相关的项目工具。

Qualification:

1. Knowledge in Planification tools, Automotive industry, with experience of 5 years minimum (至少需要有2年汽车行业项目经理经验)

2. Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable.

3. Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and customers.

4. Chinese Language + Good command of the English language are mandatory,
