Job Summary:
This assignment is intended to provide an opportunity to experience manufacturing engineering activities and responsibilities while also contributing to business goals.
Responsibilities:
? Leading Machining production and maintenance team
? Ensure EHS requirements and all legal/governance requirements
? Meet quality standards
? Controlling and steering the efficiency, costs and other KPIs on regular base
? Responsible for Initiating, Driving and Controlling of the best practice behaviors and processes
? Employee engagement and development
? Work together with OpEX team for the continuous improvement
? Assign the tasks and TPM plan to maintenance team including target and time schedule
? Supervise and control the whole maintenance tasks and coordinate various tasks within group
? Capacity plan e.g. manpower ( over time, annual leave, performance evaluation, new employees, etc.) 举报 分享
