职位描述：
主要工作目的Main Purpose of theJob:
财务经理的主要职责是管理公司整个财务方面的运作从而监督和优化工厂的财务绩效和竞争。
The role of a Plant Controller is to manage the financial aspects of the operations in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.
主要工作Main Missions:
按照集团的要求及中国和法国相关的财务及税务规则保证工厂账目及财务信息的准确性
Guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and financial information for the plant according to the Group, Business Group and Division policies, including compliance with relevant Chinese and IFRS accounting and tax rules
确保控制工厂的预算
Ensure the budgetary control of the plant
定义和分析预测和实际结果的不一致性
Identify and analyse the variances between the forecasted and actual results
定义原材料的流向并监督其在标准的成本环境下获得最好的利润
Determine and ensure the follow-up on raw materials and monitor the margins on goods sold in a standard costing environment
确保投资资金流向的有效性
Validate the economic justifiation of investments and ensure their follow-up
确保工厂的预算和预测相一致，并按集团的程序及规定时间提供报表
Develop plant budgets and associated forecasts, as well as plant reporting in accordance with Group procedures and deadlines
对公司所做出的决定提出解决方安案及建议支持
Propose and support suggestions when decisions committing the plant are made
参预公司的发展计划并确保获得最大的收益
Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow-up
控制工厂的现金流，尤其是投资现金流，总帐、应收帐、应付帐以及投资
Control the plant's operating cash flow, especially investment cash flow and accounts, receivables, payables and inventories
确保整个团队的管理
Ensure the management of the dedicated financial team
任职要求:
1、本科及本科以上学历， 会计、财务等相关专业毕业；
2、5年以上财务管理相关经验，电脑操作熟练；
3、具备优秀的团队合作精神和沟通技巧，有一定的抗压能力；
4、熟悉国家财经法律法规及相关财务帐务处理方法，熟悉会计操作、会计核算及审计的全套流程与管理，具有财务管理体系、控制财务预算与费用的能力；

东风佛吉亚内饰主要业务领域涵盖仪表板/副仪表板、门护板、隔音降噪零件、双色高光内外饰注塑件及中大注塑件。主要为神龙汽车、东风本田、东风乘用车及其它主机厂提供配套服务。新厂区于2016年8月迁入，座落在武汉经济技术开发区后观湖大道上，占地约33000㎡，毗邻神龙三厂及东风乘用车公司，拥有独立的研发中心及实验室，现有员工200余人。
