职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY
1) Provide leadership and expertise to the PCB&machanial Commodity
2) Develop Semiconductor Commodity Sourcing strategies in alignment with Embest’s overall business objectives
3) To Drive commodity cost optimization. Deliver best in classcommodity pricing strategy, Quality, on time Delivery, and Commodity Technology.
4) Negotiate a competitive supply Chain agreements with PCB&machanial commodity Suppliers/Distributors

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Align Business and commodity strategies
2) In conjunction with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Sales and marketing, etc.) Develop supplier strategies, including supplier manufacturing footprint, and lists by commodity that are technically and competitively advanced and aligned with our business growth objectives so as to provide a competitive advantage.
3)Lead supplier negotiations and selection with Cross-functional teams
4)Support creation and maintenance of supplier expectations and specifications.
5)Function as the Procurement expert within the PCB&machanial related issues such as part cost, supply base capability, global supply market trends and information, quality, delivery, cost, and supplier development.
6)Drive PCB&machanial supplier development in alignment with BU technology needs for current and new suppliers.
7)Ensure lowest upfront, total acquisition cost by aligning supply chain, supplier and technical considerations.
8)Perform and utilize cost/price analysis with total cost of ownership as objective
9)Work closely with Technical Leads and Market Vertical Leads to ensure clear alignment of objectives.
10) Drive innovation and building of supplier strategic relationships
11) Identify and implement cost savings opportunities on PCB&machanial
12) Ensure common criteria and achieve required results for new supplier audit reviews for quality, as well as service, and social responsibility
13）Sourcing decision, escalation

QUALIFICATIONS
1） At least 5 years’ experience in sourcing , especially have PCB&machanial sourcing experience.
     至少5年以上供应商开发经验，必须有PCB&machanial 开发经验。
2）Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is a must.
     本科及以上学历，需具有工程背景
3）Strong experience in supplier management & negotiation process. Skillful in new project management or NPI.
     良好的供应商管理和谈判议价技巧，并熟悉项目管理
4）Good Communication Skill in both oral and written English and Mandarin, could handle con-call in English independently.
     良好的中英文读写能力，可以独立主导英文电话会议
5) Price / Terms negotiation and Supplier contract negotiation ability.
     具备议价和商务谈判能力和合同谈判能力
6）Familiar with K3 operation, familiar with BOM structure and analysis
