工作职责如下：
1、带领跨部门团队，应用精益六西格玛等工程工具推动过程促进项目
2、能为整体价值链带来显著的促进结果（客户问题，过程缺陷，生产效率等）
3、为项目团队提供精益六西格玛工具应用等工具的培训和指导
4、作为变更管理中介，和大黑带，精益专家等推进企业精益六西格玛活动和体系的建立
5、和关键利益共享者，企业高管沟通项目进展



职位要求如下：
1、全面问题解决的知识和经验（精益六西格玛，变更管理等），能够独立思考，并主导解决复杂问题；
2、对企业整体运行有基本了解，侧重持续改进；
3、良好的口头和书面沟通技巧，良好的人际关系和领导技巧；
4、需要具备‘能做成’的信念 ，具有鼓励团队，共达结果的能力。
5、至少5年质量、制造、工程技术相关经验；
6、至少黑带认证，应用各类RCA工具的经验（例如8D） 举报 分享
