职位描述：
1. Prepare plausible product calculations for customer projects with strong guidance
为客户报价提供有竞争力的成本核算
2. Pursue product and process changes and analyses their impact with strong guidance
跟踪项目工程变更情况，并分析其对公司收益的影响
3. Prepare commercial reports to control the serial business with strong guidance
为量产项目的提供收益情况分析
4. Conduct predefined commercial analysis with strong guidance
进行具有强参考性的商务分析
5. Pursue the budget of investments, personnel costs etc. regarding projects with strong guidance
跟踪项目投资、人员费用等预算的执行情况
6. Continuously attendance project meetings (e.g. customer team meeting) and proactively communicate important commercial topics
积极参加项目会议，并就涉及到商务性的议题进行探讨。
7. Consider all valid procedures, job instructions, and organizational instructions
熟悉各业务流程、岗位职责以及公司架构
8. Support supervisor & PM regarding business plan & P/L
协助主管及项目经历完成事业计划与项目收益分析
9. Develop certain level of technical & process, understanding of his /her responsible product field
在一定程度上对所用核算工具及流程进行优化，并能掌握其负责的产品类别

Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university, or professional qualification in engineering or industrial engineering 3-5 year’s work experience
四年制学院或大学毕业，工程或工艺方面取得过相关证书，并有 3-5 年相关工作经验
2. General commercial knowledge regards to product calculations and cost benefit analysis
具有与产品成本核算、收益分析相关的一般性商务知识
3. Solid analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to calculate figures, and knowledge of products and process technologies
具有分析及解决问题的能力，能完成成本核算，并熟悉产品及工艺过程
4. Solid Excel-knowledge
具有一定的Excel技能 举报 分享
