Compilation and monitoring of a project-specific QM plan on the basis of CP 300 in agreement with the
Project Manager.
按照CP300的要求管理监控项目具体的质量管理计划，同时与项目经理保持一致。

Monitoring implementation of product, process and project-related quality requirements.
监督实施产品，过程与项目相关的质量要求

Cooperation and assessment of traffic light charts drawn up in the project team.
在项目团队中协助并评估车灯产品的要求

Monitoring of activities and actions performed as part of sub-projects, e.g. control units including
software.

1）公司简介
湖北华中马瑞利汽车照明有限公司是由湖北华中光电科技有限公司与马瑞利罗伊特林根汽车车灯于2013年9月4日合资成立的股份公司。合资公司的注册地址位于孝感市高新技术产业园区，双方投资总额为416,535,000元人民币。公司与2013年12月投建，2014年厂房完工及设备安装调速完成，2014年底具备试生产能力，2015年量产，2016年实现盈利。

2）技术支持
马瑞利提供头灯、尾灯及前雾灯相关设计、工艺、生产、管理等环节所需技术支持，光学及电子组件设计共享马瑞利全球资源。长期委派外籍技术总监领导合资公司的研发团队，并帮助合资公司建立工程数据库，指导和帮助合资公司完成所有新产品的开发，支持合资公司建立独立开发和制造产品的能力。

3）设备及工程能力
从工房建造、工艺布局、设备采购到物流管理均按照马瑞利车灯企业标准全新打造，确保合资企业制造水平与产品质量符合马瑞利车灯全球标准。
