Main Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with marketing director to develop the product and marketing strategy in lights of:
1)segmentation and positioning study
2)product concept and branding development
3)define strategic development roadmap

2. Identify proper communication channels and mechanisms to drive product awareness and trial

3. Deliver clear brief to creative and communication agencies and manage the whole process to ensure quality communication materials' delivery

4. Develop & implement seminars and hold/participate exhibitions in relevant events


Main Requirements:

· A bachelor degree in top universities

· 5 years marketing/branding experience in FMCG industry or agency

· Major in marketing / business related field is preferred

· Critical competencies :
1) Project management
2) Conflict management
3) Creativity
4) Good at relationship building and team working
5) Self development

· Fluent in Mandarin & English (both verbal & written).
