职位描述：
1、工作概述：(Position Summary)
The IT Manager is responsible for managing and providing hardware and software maintenance, provide IT service and training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.

2、工作职责：(Responsibilities)
2.1 Provide on-site and remote technical support, follow up daily IT related tasks;
2.2 Monitor, structure and optimize inventory of all hardware and software resources;
2.3 Comply and implement group policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development;
2.4 Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure;
2.5 Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation;
2.6 Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support;
2.7 Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software;
2.8 Meets financial requirements by providing information for budgets; monitoring expenses;
2.9 Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;

3、任职资格：(Qualification)
3.1 5+ years on IT Operation / infrastructure management working experience, familiar with local IT infrastructure management and support (Network, voice, server and etc), with 2+ years of supervisor experience;
3.2 SAP experience is Must;
3.3 English speaking is Must;
3.4 ERP implementation and project management experience is preferred;
