Xiamen ABB Low Votage Equipment Co.,Ltd

1. Lead a function focused on the optimization of the production organization’s assembly methods, processes and equipment in close cooperation with production management, quality, SCM and R&D.
2. Increase the automation level, productivity and efficiency of production by maintaining simultaneously high quality level.
3. Development and investment execution on time and on budget. Strong development focus in terms of project management and continuous improvement.
4. Review the performance of the team and identify training needs.
5. Supervise the maintenance of production equipment and minimize downtimes.
6. Liaise with other departments.
7. Part of Operations management team.

1. M.Sc (Tech) or B.Sc (Tech)
2. Strong technical background and excellent management/leadership skills.
3. Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of production processes and their development.
4. Understanding of different production testing methods.
5. At least 3 years experience in production/process development area and management level.
6. Stress tolerant, social, networking and problem solving. Good communication skills and excellent leadership skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal English
8. MS Office, AutoCad, SAP
9. Awareness of LEAN manufacturing and six sigma methods is an advantage. Understanding of safety regulations.
