- Organize recruitment, screening resumes, interviewing candidates within the required time; maintain recruitment channels, updates talents pool information, and improve the company personnel development programs.
? 在要求的时间内实施,组织招聘,筛选简历,面试候选人,完成招聘流程;
? 维护招聘渠道,实时更新人才库资料,完善公司人才培养计划。

- To implement annual training plan, organize new employee orientation;
? 实施年度培训计划,组织新员工入职培训;
?
- The implementation of the HR process such as labor discipline, team-building activities, managing employee relations, create and keep harmonic working atmosphere by interpersonal communication and coordination.
? 推进执行人事制度如考勤,行为管理,劳动纪律等,
? 组织员工团队建设活动,管理员工关系,创造并维持和谐的工作氛围;
- Take charge of office admin related jobs including EHS ,greenery, sanitary, waste treatment etc. to guarantee office safety, maintain a good company image;
? 负责办公室行政工作管理,包括:场所租赁,办公环境管理,绿化、清洁、员工健康和安全运行.维护良好的公司形象.
- Take responsibility of documents management and data security, support on IT ,fixed assets, office equipment related tasks, etc.
? 负责办公室固定资产管理,办公设施,IT设备使用及消耗品, 办公用品的管理等工作。

- Qualification Requirements:
- 任职要求
- Bachelor degree or above
- 本科或以上学历
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel, Word;
- 非常熟练操作Excel及函数,Word, ppt
- More than 3 years’ experiences in accounting, HR or admin, Familiar with labor related laws.
- 3年以上人事、财务,行政工作经验,熟悉HR相关的各项法律法规。
- Good English in written and oral.
- 良好的英语写作和口语能力。
- Good logical thinking ability, process management ability, planning,
- 良好的逻辑思维能力,时间管理,流程管理能力,有规划性,条理性;
- Be active with daily work, being serious and responsible, be patience with tedious work. independence and response to the multiple tasks;
- 极强的责任心,态度认真细致严谨;
- 独立、多任务处理事件的能力
