职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1 Understands product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, sequence of steps or processes, studies and preparation of operations sheets.
2 Analyzes existing production processes and manages the revision or modification to the manufacturing process to minimize usage while maximizing quality and uniformity of the product increase yields and productivity ensuring cost and EHS
3 Supervises plant test runs. Implement new processing designs and equipment and aid in training as required
4 Incorporating new technologies, and plant trials
5 Leads Lean Kaizen events to improve processes
6 Identifying and follow thru to resolution of safety observations, and process modifications
7 Directs or participates in Process Hazard Analysis PSM program.

Key Requirements:
1 Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in science and engineering specialty
2 5years working experience as process/mechanical engineer in the manufacturing plant environment.
3 Mature and articulate, strong interpersonal skills.
4 Lean Knowledge preferred
5 Must be self-driven and able to work independently; and value being a team player
6 Good written English (must) and basically oral English
7 Familiar with CAD and office software skills 举报 分享
