职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、挖掘潜在需求，将公司服务模式介绍给家长及学员，预约家长以及学生；

2、 接受学生、家长咨询，分析学生学习情况以及问题所在，为学生制定有效辅导方案；

3、面对面与家长沟通，帮助家长及学生更详细的了解公司的服务模式、促成学生在本中心学习；

4、根据公司业务流程对客户学生的学习状况做出分析与诊断，制定辅导计划与方案；

5、跟踪客户辅导项目实施及客户维护，协调教务工作。

任职要求：

1、年龄21-35岁，大专及以上学历；

2、普通话标准，较强的表达、沟通能力与学习能力和服务意识 ；

3、性格乐观开朗，对销售充满强烈的兴趣和热情，抗压能力强；

4、工作严谨、吃苦耐劳、有责任心，有团队合作精神；

5、具备1年及以上教育行业销售工作经验者优先；
