职位描述：
工作职责：
1.组织和建立完整质量管理体系，推动质量管理体系有效运行及改进。
2.监督检查质量管理制度执行情况，定期质量管理代表汇报。
3.负责分层审核计划、实施及跟进。
4.统筹与客户沟通质量相关问题，完成客户审核。
5.负责制定MSA计划，实施MSA并协调资源进行改善。
6.负责产品环境管理及材料数据IMDS管理；负责产品认证管理。

职位要求：
1.汽车行业8年及以上的质量管理相关工作经验。
2.熟练运用TS，VDA标准，了解整车客户特殊要求。
3.有丰富的质量管理制度及作业流程设计经验。
4.英文听说读写熟练。
