MISSION
Member of the China Sales team, he/she has to develop the business with the customers of its portfolio and to work to find and convince new customers.
He/she has to build a real customer intimacy through identifying the key people within the customers organizations and managing the relationship with them (purchasing, administration and engineering)
He/she has to take care of its customers satisfaction including but not limited to provide assistance in
1. cusomter quality containment and problem solving;
2. delivery and customer logistics issues;
3. new product development communication between AML Wuxi and the customers
MAIN DUTIES
TRAINING AND PROFIL Main Responsibility:
- Contribute to customer intelligence and define proactively with him next business targets and advanced engineering topics
- On site technical communication for application engineering
- Work as a team member with the project team
- Follow up and ensure on-time customer payment
- Support customer quality interface activities in GWM:
o Issue 5W2H in QR in case of zero km and warranty issue after initial analysis
o Assist customer on site to analyse the concerned quality issue and manage counter measure ,such as sorting/repair/others…..
o Follow PPM indicator concerning quality claim and keep communication with AML APU quality closely
o Participate in communication with customers to have a mutual agreement for quality standard to avoid unclear rejects.
o Participate in the new project trail run in customer line
o Regular check the customer line status to prevent the incorrect assembly and adjustment process in customer plant
- Apply AML policy and procedures

Qualification:
1. Degree in Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years engineering or quality working experience in Automotive industry
3. Native language : Chinese. Good command of written English, good oral English is a plus.
4. Good communication skills needed.
