Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will need to show a good understanding of Food and Beverage purchasing in a large operation. The applicant must have a very good understanding of computerized purchasing, tendering and inventory control systems.
The position is a contract position for a period of 12 months based in Shanghai working with a recognised worldwide leader of the hotel industry. The applicant may be offered a full time position after the initial 12 month period; start date would be jan 2011.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material; Warehouse Management or equivalent
