职位描述：

1 – Implement the Group's Purchasing strategies
1，执行本集团的采购策略
- Propose and implement action plans required to ensure compliance with Purchasing strategies
?提出并实施必要的行动计划，以确保符合采购策略
- Suggest ways to optimise costs within the framework of the defined Purchasing strategy
?为在确定的采购策略框架内优化成本提供建议方法
- Suggest ways to improve technical productivity at his/her site
?为提高他/她的现场技术效率提供建议
- Take part in defining the annual productivity objectives for his/her activity
?参加制定他/她的活动的年度生产力目标
- Make the decisions required to optimise his/her results without questioning initial data
?在不质疑初始数据的情况下作出优化他/她的研究结果的决定
- Work to continuously improve Purchasing activity

2 – Manage purchases for his/her site(s)
2 -管理现场采购
- Negotiate purchases with suppliers (production and non-production) for his/her site(s)
?与供应商（生产和非生产）进行现场采购谈判
- Help to reduce stock and to improve supplier payment terms
?帮助减少库存并提高供应商付款条件
- Prevent and handle supplier disputes for his/her site
?防止和处理供应商的纠纷
- Ensure compliance with regulations in force when issuing orders
?在发出订单时确保遵守相关法规
- Manage updates or update purchasing prices for items listed for his/her site
?管理更新他/她现场列出的项目采购价格
- Help to monitor quality objectives to be reached by suppliers, monitor and implement associated action plans

- Play a proactive role in all site-related negotiations (quality, cost, deadline, services)

3 - Help to continuously improve the purchasing activity

- Compile required reports to meet deadlines
?编译所需的报告以满足最后期限
- Pass on information required for their activity to buyers, supplier quality representatives, specifiers and internal customers
为他们的活动的买家传递所需的信息，供应商质量代表，说明符和内部客户
- Capitalise on information obtained within the framework of his/her activity, prepare feedback, and make this information available to other employees

4 - Help to achieve purchasing productivity:

- In liaison with Commodity Buyers, draw up productivity schedules

- Monitor purchasing productivity schedules for his/her site
?监督他/她的现场采购效率表
- Ensure that personnel carry out their activities correctly (plants and Centres of Expertise)
确保人员正确地进行活动（工厂和专业知识中心）
- Propose the assignment of "series" markets to the Sourcing Committee
向采购委员会提出“系列”市场的分配
