职位描述：

MISSIONS:
q Take into account for the design with the project team and the suppliers :
o The Interfaces
o The Architecture
o L&L
o The Process constraints: Assembly / Assembly line
o The performance requirements : Airflow, NVH, Cooling and Heating
performance…
o The cost, weigh and quality requirements
o The Planning
q Take part with the leader engineer to the different meetings (internal or supplier
meetings) for the technical convergence of the product and process
q Make the design & drawing quality checking according to the guidelines and/or the main
specifications
q Make the reporting
q Understand the simulation evaluation and propose technical evolutions
q Apply LEAN principle during product design


RESPONSIBILITIES:
q Styling & Technical convergence
o Components concept choice
o Prepare Styling brief : technical requirement for styling phase (Control panel, airvent)
o Section book
o Styling & Class A surface issue analysis and make technical propose
o Ensure technical input for each milestone to support Class A creation
o Participate Class A meeting
q Design
o Work on Vehicle equipment list / CPV / PIL plan
o Work on Mass evaluation & reducing weight
o Make Ergonomic / regulation analysis
o Take into account for the design :
- The Interfaces
- Architecture
- L&L

o Make product CAD design 3D & 2D checking
o Make 3D/2D Officialisation into PSA system
o Interface integration
o Process feasibility checking
o Take part with the leader engineer to the different meetings (internal or supplier meetings) for the product and process convergence
q Development & Validation
o Participate to prepare PIV plan (CAE / DFNu / VRS / EL)
o Follow up CAE analysis and Physical test
o Participate to analysis the test result and make solution for failure
q Project & supplier management
o Writing Tech. Specification
o Participate to create CTF / CSE/ PCP
o Participate to the supplier audit and assessment
o Participate to provide technical opinion before supplier choose
o Participate to the design review with the supplier
o Participate different meeting with supplier
o Participate the section robustness meeting
o Participate to ensure deliverable requirement according to Q3P
o Participate to engineering change process (FETE) and make technical analysis
o Manage mass convergence and provide vehicle composition
q Core competence
o Participate to the update of technical guideline
o Contribute to progress plan
o Analysis summary and lesson learned
o Participate to experience feed-back review
